  • 1. Yes, you may enter as many teams as you wish. Some coaches just like to declare their teams as members without actively competing for the title.
  • 2. Yes, any match played during the course of the season will count.
  • 3. All games count as the Scoring Programs doesn't know when a team joined the league. That is why we stop accepting teams after two weeks.

As a rule of thumb, I try and make each season last just under 2 months with a week between for recruiting and decompressing my brain.

Yup, my 4 elf teams are new additions too, though not sure I'll play them all yet (working on updating my rosters to FFB so systematically playing through races).

Can I get a clarification on the Baseline scoring?

The Rules page is slightly confusing. Are we talking about the TV bracket? So the lower team has a TV of 1810k, so that would be 15 points? It's just that we calculate TV in thousands already. 0-1000 TV would be a team with a 1k value...

I'm guessing I cleared it up myself. But the rules could be clearer.

edit: Also, why is the baseline lower if I play up in TV?

So I could play my 1700k Elves vs a 1900k Chaos team... or I can play my 1900k Elf team vs a 1700k Chaos team and get the same baseline score? This seems somewhat wrong to me... what am I missing? Confused

Thank you for the answer, pizzamogul. I applied with all my [B] and [R] elf teams.

I agree with Mr_Foulscumm. I understand that with inducement, the weakest team can match the strongest one, but inducement cannot really balance the destructive power of a higher TV team. So it should consider only the oponent's value, IMO.

Fixed that on the group page to show TV in 1,000,00 + 200,000 increments.

There was a discussion in the ELF vs. FFB thread about the possibility of "inducement gaming," this was an easy to implement preventative measure that also is aimed at discouraging cherrypicking.

Everything is already rolling for this season, so give this a try and we can review the impact before Season XXVII.

Excellent Pizza I am very pleased you have put this together again.
Fantastic work as well with the scoring grid James.. Shame you are a year out Wink
