What to take with 540k, in addition from 2 babes, 1 wizz, 1 xtra apo and one bribe?
Morg, ST6 will save it, plus some more apo.

So, my dark elf team applied to the UI... just above the 1650k bar, and as it was full of weak guys (2 NI, 2 -AV), it got crushed a lot and i fired 4 niggled/-AV players before facing Battlelore's excellence of execution.

I'm coming at 1340k TV. Quite a paradox for a high-TV tournament... 990k down.

So, i need some help to choose on what to spend all that money!

The obvious, facing a big chaos team :
- 2 babes
- 1 wizz
- at least 1 extra apo
- one bribe to reduce random PO

that makes 450k. Poll question is : how do i spend the remaining 540k? I really don't know Smile



PS. Btw it should be played monday around 22.30 BBTime.

Eldril + Hubris. Or Morg + Hubris/Eldril and cut something else. It's games like this where it's a real shame you can't get a DP merc.

can you get hypnoelf? can be really handy.

your team is really destroyed. It would have been funner under lrb4 without the journeymen. 4 elves vs a full murderous chaos squad.

You can not apoth star players...so why bother with the extra apoth at all? You have so many journeymen - that apoths are a waste. Certainly go 2 babes - but no need for any extra apoths at all.

Take the extra bribe and then foul with Hubris and use Roxanna to help try for the ball steal when you pop wizard.

Would be nice to get Eldril...but probably not worth it.

Wiz + Roxanna gives you a chance to change the game. And 2 bribes + Hubris gives you a chance to do damage with blitzs (MB) and fouls (DP).

Thanks for all the advice. Indeed, i'll probably go for 2 bribes, Hubris + Roxana or Eldril, and no xtra apo, having only got two players worth it in the original team Smile

That's exactly what I was thinking too. OK, paying 50k for DP is a lot, but with 990k to spend... Hubris + bribe will do as well, of course.

Well, finally got 2 babes, 2 bribes, 1 wiz, Hubris & Roxana.
Babes allowed me to stay at equal number.
Bribes made me avoid doubles on fouls all game. And fouls killed one (apo'd).
Wizard took out a nice ballcarrier.
Roxanna made the final catch-leap for a touchdown.

And luck made the rest... Thanks again for all your advice.
