It would be cool if each team and coach had it's own message board where other coaches could post comments that would stay permanantly on the page(although the coach that owns the team would have the right to delete any posts if they are mean, unhelpful etc.)

A Team Bio afaik is only for the coach to post on, not other coaches.

You should have a way to count yourself a fan of any given team. Like a like button. Maybe limit each coach to 20 teams on his/her fan list.

Personally I would like to see such a feature, yes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the forum system used by bbtactics, for instance. It allows likes of posts, but also alerts for when your posts have been responded to or when someone mentions your username in a post, and an integrated livechat on the main page.

Agreed! I wouldn't mind seeing it expanded, so you could designate yourself a 'fan', 'fear' the team, etc. or if you have played the team enough you could have the option to have a 'grudge' against said team.

You should be able to "like" a team if you are of the same alignment, or in the same league as the other coach, or "fear" a team if you are of the opposite alignment or have lost to that team 3 times at least. And if you "like" or "fear" a team and a team has at least 5 "likes" or "fears" it opens up a team specific message board.
