So, are there problems with TV?

Yeah, there are BUT as this thread has shown, TV is tied into so many aspects of match making that if you mess with it, that causes a cascading effect through out the entire match making process and will most likely just invent a new form of Min/Max and how to manipulate the scheduler.

Thus leaving us all disillusioned that we thought we had fixed TV and find out we just caused other issues just as big in our minds.
