I rate players by likely SPP per game per 100TV. I figured 1.5 would be enough to win, so chucked out anyone too low. This season mine finished up with ...

The more expensive the player, the more important it is they make the grade, or at least get close. Didn't worry about cutting players based on what division they were in or who their opponents were, but I never bother with premier now because the scores are always lower up there, too many good defence coaches and very little SPP hogging.
Turns out throwers are a pretty good option too, often quite cheap for the constant influx. |
