An upset of the dwarf Kannons dynamo has given Grue's Rocky Horror BB Team 1st place. A week #12 matchup bewteen these 2 teams will decide the division and probable 1st round playoff bye. The necros continue to be led by wolf Magenta while dwarf star Ronald Roadrunner is feeling the wear and tear of a long season and recently showed up with a niggle. Bull the Stupid (Slaves of Chaos) is the master of disaster with 10 CAS and proves that if you cant win, you might as well bruise.
<b><u>NA II</b></u>
The Bullz on Parade and their unstoppable BC Stampy lead the division. Stampy ran wild last game and now leads the league in TDs and SPPs. Sinister Urge has captured 2nd place and are led by Ghoul Invisible Touch. The New York Giants are in 3rd but will have to knock off the 1st place Bullz for a shot at the playoffs. It was a sad week for leading SPP WE Mirage Arcana who selflessly retired with a niggle to make room for a fresher Witch Elf.
<b><u>Euro</b></u>
The Black Demons are undefeated and in 1st place, blah blah....
The best battle for 2nd place is here with Cartoonettes, Northern Raiders, and Blackrock Wardogs all within 10 pts of each other. The leagues top 3 passers (Klarabella - Cartoonettes, Sigurd Stormthrower - Raiders, and Pietar - Seahawk Clan) and all in this division.
<b><u>Aussie</b></u>
The Scurvy Lads of Yore left port and disapeared for a month, allowing the Riverbottom Nightmare Band to move into 1st place. Tepoc's Chosen and their wonder lizard Loqgar are hanging onto 3rd place and the final playoff spot. These 3 teams will go head to head in the final weeks of the season to determine the division champ. |

<b>Sinister Urge 2 - 0 Canada's rat cities</b>
Well I gotta say our luck sucked tonight. I mean other then getting "Get the Ref" on the opening kick off (with my DP), and having an interception in the rain I couldnt get anything going. Well ....other than the 3 CAS. Somehow we managed to scrape away with a 1-0 lead.
2nd half and a PI wiped out half our team. Depsite terrible luck, we managed to move the ball upfield until a break away RO took us down. As luck would have it the ball went into the arms of zombie Washington and we were able to waltz in for the 2-0 win. I hope our luck is better next game. |

Very easily...missed dodged, key players sent to KO BH or SI, apo used early to save a key player, and my guys can t foul, can t hit, can t break armor, then again, rarely got anything else then a push arrow on the dice!!!!
Canada is in bad condition. 2 players got SI with Nig, including the mighty Ottawa.....

Note to Nuffle : Please make my opponents roll this bad when I am playing with a REAL team. Well the Illusion worked. I thought these Khemri were Dark Elves till they opened the game with a 1-1 pass catch on their 1st drive, followed up with a 1 catch in the endzone on their 2nd drive.
If it wasnt for me miscounting squares it would have been 2-0 humans at half rather than 1-0. Second half was a little better for the elves. Although they failed 2D blocks, they were able to make 1D POWS (on blodger) and 5+ pick ups in 3 TZs. But down to 9 players they didnt have enough power to hold onto the ball after the nice steal and we were able to cap off T8 with a TD and 2-0 win.
The elves really gave us this game. We thank them. |

The Black Demons managed win from the nr 2 seed Cartoonettes: 2-0
The Black Demons proved again that they are not only the best team, but also the luckiest team in the league. A Black Orc managed a dodge, pick-up of the ball and two GFI's to score 1-0

Another break even tour for the Riverbottom Nightmare Band
From the outset, in a bleary rain that matched the mood of the crowd, it seemed the Judean Peoples Front were not only ofended by the Bands lyrics...but everynote they ever played! The humans brought the wrath against this goodtime crew and had them on their backs alll of the first half. But ia pious belief that they had the numbers cost the Front a TD as they spent more time blocking and left a miracle available to the herd. Chaos gods smiled as they audaciously tracked the ball carrier and just kept knocking it clear. A T8 dropped pass in the endzone was a moral victory for music. 0-0
2nd half brought more pain as the humans closed on an undermanned side, stole the ball and took 6 turns to score. But that left 2 turns to Chaos and their gods LOVE the challange. Sure enough a quick strike down the side and we are off to OT!
Recieved and surged...but it wasn't enough. A late push forward came undone when the 1D block came off on the ball...a few more chances but eventually outdone by the rain and persistent cover. A 1-1 draw in OT

1 Black Demons/Barash/Eur..................With the 2 worst Euro teams left on the schedule it looks like the Demons could enter the playoffs 12-0
2 Bullz on Parade/NA II..........................A forfeit win for week #11 quarantees the CDs the #2 seed in the playoffs.
3 Riverbottom Nightmare Band/Aus.........With the Scurvy Lads of Yore lost at sea, it looks like the Chaos warriors will win the Aussie Division
4 Kadrin Kannons/NA I............................The week #11 matchup vs Rocky Horror BB Team could determine the division and #4 seed.
5 Sinister Urge/NA II...............................A week #12 game vs the Bullz will be a battle for survival before the playoffs.
6 Rocky Horror BB Team/NA I..................See above. A win in week #11 is needed to guarantee a 1st round playoff bye.
7 Cartoonettes/Eur..................................Barring a concession, they are in the playoffs with anywhere from a #4 to #10 seed.

Stampy from Bullz on Parade is the league's top star with 42 SPPs and 11 TDs (that's almost 3 TDs per hoof).
Slaves of Chaos' Bull the Stupid has past all leaders for the league lead in CAS. Impressive considering he was a mid-year addition.
Elven fans mourn the loss of Pietar, the Seahawk Clan star passer who was killed by the Northern Raiders. The Raiders now have 2 skulls from league leaders on their trophy case. |

With the elves receiving, the opening kick off was a blitz! and the luck went that way the entire night. Strong ball handling skills and enough armor breaks to scare the elves into the KO box was enough to secure the easy win.
The Necro were awarded 3 Blitzes! in all, but didnt use the last one in T7 2nd half with all the players milling around their own endzone. |

Epic battle on the high seas! The Scurvy Lads of Yore righted their ship and sailed in to the home waters of the Riverbottom Nightmare Band in search of revenge. The Band being only one of 2 teams who have beaten this motley assortment of ner'do wells in the matches they have played. And WHAT A GAME IT WAS! Report is in the match page...but if you want to see a true nail biting edge of your seat game that almost defies description...watch this one! Stunning...and painful 2/3/1 to the Band 3/1/2 to the Lads. This game has it all!

The Black Demons are undefeated, in 1st place and they won: 3-2
On paper the game was a walkover, but the game was more close in reality.
The Black Demons had a hard time: the Darkest o t Hillside Thickets were the first team to score 2 td's vs the Demons defence.
Doom & Gloom managed to half the number of RR’s of the Black Demons , the 3 Cooks took care of the remaining 3 RR’s. So the Thicklets managed to have 9 RR’s for the first half vs 0 for the Deamons.
In turn 2 a failed pass of the Thicklets still managed to scatter via a orc in the hand of the receiver, so no turnover but a very nice TD made by the Thicklets.
The Demons had a perfect drive next. Kicking a lot of players out, including the 2nd casualty ever in the 11th game of Raffaello (the big Troll) after 51 blocks in his career. A TD was made for 1-1. Raffaello got the MVP award for this as well, he promised to be faster in the future
games.
The 2nd half the Demons were receiving the ball vs only 8 flings and one tree, the Demons managed to score 2-1 in turn 3.
In turn 8 3-1 was made. With only 4 players remaining the Darkest o t Hillside Thickets made a fling throw after a bad kick to made the final score 3-2.

Bull the Stupid (Slaves of Chaos) has been on a Mino tear with 14 CAS. Someone neuter this pup!
Sigurd Stormthrower (Northern Raiders) has risen above the rest as the top passer in the league and High Elf Istar is the highest paid with a cost of $220K.
