I've been trying to make a seasonal results thread for a league that I run and I've been having a lot of issues with adjusting the images.

For example, I wanted to center the crown image, but I couldn't figure out any way of doing it. I tried:

[center] ... [/center]

[block=automargin] ...

[block position=absolute ... ]

but none of it seemed to work. In general, it seems that blocks are not enabled in forum posts?

I also wanted to re-size some of the images, but couldn't figure out how to do that either, as [img h=100] didn't work.

So, what is the deal with bbcode on the forum? Is there a bbcode guru out there who can help me figure this out? Is there any way to do what I am trying to do?

I also notice that html is disabled, otherwise I would use that instead.

Also, picons don't seem to work in the forum either ...

Jelly --> Sad

+1

It would be cool if possible if the forums supported the same code as elsewhere.

Unfortunately, that's not likely to happen. The forum uses its own bbcode parser which I have no intention of messing with.

It's essentially mean a completely custom forum implementation...

Hi Christer, ok, thanks for clarifying. So, are there any cunning workarounds you know of to re-size or position images? Wink

I guess for the sizing, I could always just modify and re-upload them. But, how about positioning?

Transparent background on an image that's the width of the post?
