OSX 10.11.6

You would have to provide more information- what do you mean "cant run"? What browser are you using. There was a java update, so may have something to do with it - are you making sure that the .jnlp is being opened by javaws.exe?

Have you looked through the issues under FFB Client which is where all the other java problem posts are?

I am using Firefox, but tried it with Chrome and Safari too. After downloading the the jnlp file I get asked if I want to opend it with "Java Web Start (Standard)". I click yes, like before, and nothing happens. The Fumbbl splash screen doesnt open and thats it.

@FBB Client: I ve looked there, but didnt find any hints that could help me.

I'm on firefox, and no issues after the update. Maybe anti-virus related, or a previous version of Java that wasn't uninstalled properly? Also adding FUMBBL to the exceptions on the firewall.

That Java build is the same as mine too

sounds like an install problem I would think. Seems that googling how to manually uninstall old java might help? Then doing a fresh reinstall.

On one of my computers I can't open the file from the browser, instead I have to open the folder where the file was downloaded to and double-click on it.

I uninstalled Java ... java -version gives me the following output on terminal:
No Java runtime present, requesting install.

I restart now and go for a fresh re-install the lastest version.

Fingers crossed

Nothing ... The .jnlp file still does not open.

java -version
java version "10.0.2" 2018-07-17
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 18.3 (build 10.0.2+13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 18.3 (build 10.0.2+13, mixed mode)

I can use my GF laptop for the upcoming match but I need this situation fixed somehow Sad If I come up with a solution I will post it here.

I got it. I have to open the .jnlp file from the command line (with javaws) to make it run.
