Can someone tell me how a Star Player would be included in your roster? I assume you leave their cost out of your initial 1100 TV build funds, list them in your bio, and then during the inducement phase of the game you hire them...? Regardless of whether that's right or wrong, if I could get clarification before my team creates their teams, that would be swell! |

this is correct. its also stated explicitly in the rulespack linked in the opening post btw  |
