As of now, matches in both R and B use an adjusted TV for scheduling which includes the cost of Disposable players in the TV limit and scheduling algorithms. This means that Ogre teams should have a slightly easier time getting paired in B.
This also avoids triggering a pairing issue involving TV0 ogre teams (ie, teams with only snotlings).
