hello 
i know there's a lot of job with BB2020 development, but i report this one
something seems wrong for OWA getting paired in blackbox
today, i activated at 14.45, 15.00, 15.15 and 15.30 my rookie OWA tv 100 and slann 102 (1 game)
OWA were finally paired at 15.30 vs another OWA team with 0 game and same TV, but the "suitability" score shows 534 (should be around 990 if it was dwarf vs dwarf for example)

OWA doesnt even appear in the "suitable games"
and same thing at 15.00

in these 2 draws, there were rookie teams from same tv so OWA should have been at least shown in the list
not a huge problem but i found with my last OWA that i get a lot of mirror matches, sounds like something is wrong in OWA's formula !
