I understand you are not meant to have two accounts.
I did not realise this and I should have.
When I came back to Fumbbl for 2020 I made an account with my student email that I can no longer access.

I foolishly did not record the password, or have lost where I put it.

I ideally would like to play on that account, called KingCrow.

I would happily then have this account deleted, I do not want to go against the site rules.

Is there anyway for me to have the account migrated to a different email address, or a password reset sent to this email address?

Sorry if this is not the correct place for such a question.

If the password recovery option isn't working (try finding it when logging in as KingCrow?) then join discord and go to the #help channel to get an admin's attention (@FUMBBL_Admin) is probably the quickest way.

Okay thank you I will try the discord. The difficulty is I cannot do a password reset, as the email is sent to my student email address, which I no longer have access to.
I should have sorted it but I kind of had higher priorities at the time.

Thanks for the info you've shared here, I'm also having a similar problem. I've posted a lot of searching but still haven't found a reasonable explanation.

Head to Discord #help channel and get in touch with “@FUMBBL Staff” or submit a support ticket via the site under Help > Support > Account problems

Either submit a ticket with the Account name, old email address you used to have, and new email you have now, or contact me in the Discord - I can fix it for you.
