A couple of thousand games, and you'll slowly ween it off. |

No one else mentioned it, so I will. Maybe it's too common knowledge..
but in the client, the mouse click only registers when the mouse button is released, not when you first click down on the button. So it is entirely possible you ARE clicking where you want to, but you are moving so quickly that you have slid the cursor off of the intended square when you release the button and officially complete the action.
This usually happens to me when I'm flustered, on tilt, or rushed for time. |

Hmmm...I hadn't known this could happen. Good to know! |

I wasn't even expecting any solutions, but I could honestly get behind a confirm button on any 5+ or 6+ roll. They come up often enough but I'd honestly actually enjoy the client saying "That's nuts! Are you really sure you want to do that?" |

There has to be a solution!! |
Learn to play with the keyboard rather than a mouse... it'll be a boring a process but it would fix the problem you are having... |

I use trackballs instead of mice, so my hand shifting on the input device doesn't influence the cursor's position as long as my fingers are lifted. My wife uses a Logitech MX Ergo, I have a Deft Pro (lower quality but I prefer middle finger balls to thumb ones), and I heard good things about GameBall, who is coming out with a new iteration later this year. |

Those days of needing a handoff to win, and accidentally clicking move. After moving a square then you can't change your mind. Argh. |
