Snotlings Tier 1 (55% win-rate) in 2024 Laughing
(as might be expected, team statistics are highly dependent on the level of their coaches)

Snotlings were pretty broken early on this current edition... thet could induce morg Flem it was ridiculous and one of the primary reasons for the introduction of mega stars... along with the early edition bomber issue...

I know christer has bigger fish to fry right now. But I'd love a remove mirror match toggle some day...

In the “Versus” tab, it's not possible.
But in "Results" tab, there is a mirrors option Y/N.

About Official Tier List:
I don't understand what the Dwarf team is doing in Tier 1. Orc or Shambling would have been better candidates.

EDIT:
That said, Dwarf still a team with a lot of block. With Devious acess and Bribes.

I heard something about you will only get to choose the same skill for 4 players on your team. Darkelves wont get dodge en masse anymore, think they are Tier 2. Dwarves? Prolly tier 2 as well.

That was a rule for last EuroBowl/EurOpen. This is not in BB 2025 rulebook. That said, in this rulebook, there are now Elite skills : Block, Dodge, Guard and Mighty Blow. These four Elite skills cost +10.000.

I think you're talking about res. This is a tier list for blackbox

Ah yes, you're right. In the rulebook, there's a chapter about matched play (so, resurrection tourneys) and they write "Elite skills can only be taken a maximum of four times".

So, my bad, there's something about that in the rulebook. I only don't know if many NAF tourneys will apply that.

And that's irrelevant for blackbox, yes.

I’m glad that GW is here to set everyone straight that Chorfs are indeed one of the best teams in the game. Happy they went with their gut feels instead of doing pointless playtesting.

I’ve heard this interpreted two ways - either you can take 4x block and 4x guard, etc, or any combination to a maximum of 4, e.g. 2x block, 2x guard, or 3x block, 1x guard, etc.

I've heard the same, but based on everything they've done, the any combination of 4x elite skills doesn't make any sense whatsoever. I may be wrong, but if they have truly capped 4 elite skills combined, then these tiers make a lot more sense, and honestly those top 2 matched play tiers are really tight together and pretty balanced.

Rulebook p.112
It's just pre-construction rules.

Tier 1 start with 6 pts
Tier 2 start with 8 pts
Tier 3 start with 9 pts
Tier 4 start with 10 pts

Primary cost 1
Secondary cost 2
Star player cost 2
Mega Star cost 4

Restriction:
Elite max 4
Tier X = max X secondary
Star player max 2 (except tier 1 max 1)
Mega Star max 1

Note:
In this context, a primary elite skill requires one point like any other primary skill. So there's a limit specific to this context.

Yep, and when you start looking through those rosters, I think Shambling Undead and Necro with 4 elite and 8 total skills is a little too good, which means they should be in tier 1 and be locked at 6 total skills. I'd probably drop High Elves and Chaos Dwarves to the top of tier 2. My guess is the resiliency of the Chaos Dwarves along with the Bulls still being one of the best players in the game is keeping them in Tier 1. I don't find the match play tiers to be egregious.
