If there is an opposing player down in a square next to you(and you have equal or more ST than that player), and an open square in front of that player, roll 2 block dice. if any pow result displays, the opposing player is pushed to the open square. Roll an injury roll for that player. Roll a die, your player is sent off on a roll of 6.

why not hire a ball and chain star for that. they don't even have to roll block dice, and they don't get sent off until a touchdown is scored.

Also I would not start to use Block Dice for things other than Blocks. Rolling at least one straight Pow on two Block dice is around 30,5% probability. Rolling 5 or higher would be 33,3%, so I would recommend to use that instead.
The "open square in front of that player" needs to be clearer.
I assume the Injury roll and sent of roll only takes place if you succeed the first roll, but it's not written that way.
In general a skill that only works 1/3 of the time is not worth taking I would say. You would rather opt to make a normal foul action.
If you want a skill like that I would go with something like:

If this player is making a foul action and his strength is equal or higher than the targets player, he may choose to first push him back one square. After that the Foul is rolled as described in the respective section.

I think it would still be to niche to waste a skill up on it. But could be fun as starting skill for some homebrew team.
