GW tiers is a good baseline to go with for first season. You are not obliged to finish the run with all teams anyway. Christer will adjust things based on data collected during the season, and then we will see clearer how the meta changed for the format.

Its a bad option to go with GW tiers, but there probably wasn't a good option, just a least bad option.
