Do your worst. This thread is here because I am curious about the actual distribution. Also now we've had enough time to document our first impressions. |

I find it an annoying but overestimated skill by some people.
It could be bad without any counter and/or on many players on a team (4 or more).
I don't like its design, but I don't think it's gamebreaking either. |

It's a terrible game-design decision.
It's a theme in this edition with too many fiddly things and 'extra' dice.
It's not a big deal and it's not something people should even be marking because it shouldn't impact any decision-making.
The reaction to this skill makes me support it wholeheartedly and not care about it even harder. |

I am kinda neutral-positive on it on balance. It's structured annoyingly, but balanced really well, and it makes a lot of marginal or "plan B" kinds of skills a lot better. That it frustrates people irrationally in addition to the frustration created by its drawbacks is, in my mind, a plus, but there are definitely less favorable views that I think reasonable (see other threads, not going back down that road). But the bigger plus is the way it makes Strip Ball, Wrestle, Frenzy, Taunt, Fend, Shadowing, and other marginal but not terrible skills more relevant. |

I think the game would be better off without it.
Not because it's busted or anything (although it is one of the most salt-inducing skills I've seen in ages), but because GW seem intent on shovelling a dozen new mostly meaningless skills into each edition and I'd like that to stop. |

Indeed, the game would benefit so much from the removal of loads of pointless/badly designed skills and streamlining. It's not an encouraging direction of travel currently... |

the problem as i stated several time is not that this skill is OP. Is simply terrible bad designed bad mechanic.
What you say about the dozen of meaningless (or bad designed skill) is very true. I don't think is intentional. But the result is that this add more chaos and unbalance to the game which (i dont have proof of this but is my feeling) increase the power of the dice on the ability of a coach to play a correct game.
To make a long story short i have the impression this edition forgive much more errors than the previous. But is a speculation. In this case i can understand why GW is going in this direction .
as a final result this make some coaches (like me) stay away from competitive game and prefer to play this edition for fun only in Leagues for the time being till i will not fully digest this new rulebook

I think that it started in BB 2020, with multi rr, which forgives more poor gameplay. |

Keep it simple. |

Simple? oh no thank. No BB2016 again (CLAWMBO, fast statfreak, no redraft: no thanks). BB2020 after several revisions was farily balanced.
Multireroll was not a game changer, but for sure become more impacting in BB2025 with these problems we mentioned |

I think multi-RR adds a whole lot of gaming. It just moves the scope of agency farther back, requires you see more of the picture. |
