Today 2 coaches disconnected after a fail, 2 teams freezed waiting 24 h at least to be able to play again...is it right? No words...tired of this behaviour |

I often reach out to newbies in a friendly tone letting them know which part of the site rules they are conflicting with their behaviour, if any. Think serial concessions, leaving mid-game, etc. I like to explain that this is not BB3 or another video-game release where you disappoint faceless strangers, but a community with rules and standards that are important so that the whole thing doesn't end up like BB3 did.
I advise you to do the same, and if they do not reply after reading the message, get an admin involved on the PM chain. An official warning can make a difference in some cases.

Just looking at match history, perhaps it's because you exclusively cherrypick newer coaches that it happens? Go play in box or play coaches who have a decent number of games if you want it to happen less often.
Newer coaches are more likely to come from Cyanide games where it's very common for people to quit or concede quickly in matches. I had a guy a bit ago who conceded a couple of times in box games, so I just let the admins know and they helped them out more than I was able to.
But really...if you want to play full games perhaps you should play coaches who actually play games? |

I play oftern tournaments games, so not newbye, check...and in any case this is not an excuse...disconnection = problem, so punishment |

The right rule should be: if you disconnect and you do not write within 30 min, you receive a BAN of 2 days from the site, I've been banned for very very very very very less things...so...law is same for all, or at least it should be |

Ridiculous. If a player disconnects mid-game, it's most often because their internet went out—something which probably happened outside of their control. INTERNET, you know... famously the thing that lets you communicate on this website.
Would love to hear about all the "very less things" you've been banned for, though! |

In this world everyone has a smartphone, and if I disconnect and my PC cannot reconnect, I always go in my smartphone's browswer to send a PM to my opponent, not so difficult.
I've been banned for "playing multiple games", I hate to loose time during my game, and sometimes even skilled coaches take so much time playing, also freezing the game during a push choice or something similar, which is not taking in consideration for the time scroll...meanwhile my turns are always aroung 120 seconds, so when the other coaches is slow I've tried to play more than one game to use better my time, and IMHO it's nothing...I should ask to players, but sometimes the chat is totally off form my opponent, they write only to whine or similiar...that's all. For me there are more hard things to take in consideration...but anyway it's ok. |

You can't control other people, but you can control your own cherrypicking. You exclusively in ranked play the people most likely to disconnect or concede early, because you only cherrypick literally every ranked game you play. You put yourself in the situation where this is most likely to happen by your cherrypicking and then complain when it happens.
Take responsibility for your own behavior. |

- the lack of self awareness to blame others for whining in your own very whiney thread, is funny
- playing 2x games at the same time is not being cleverly time-efficient, it's explicitly against the rules |
