There's my team.
My blitzer rolled "8" to improve any stat, and only has one +MA upgrade so far, I'm confused, I thought I could increase movement +2 max? It won't let me improve movement again. |

The reason you can't upgrade further your HE Blitzer's MA is: no player can have MA higher than 9.
If you want extra movement the closest skills you can pick are Sprint and Hit and Run. |
