Season 2 Round 4 Is Complete!
Khorne vs Slaanesh: 14 - 27
And finally, the leader gets clawed down into the pack. Khorne's mighty lead at the end of the first 3 rounds finally got reduced as Slaanesh had it's payback for the second matchup vs the Khornate Stable. Usual stalwarts Khorne's Militia and For Khaine And Country! failed their Gods by not managing to win under unsurmountable odds as they usually did. The Sultans of Slaanesh and the Blades of Slaanesh saw to that. Special mention goes to the Satanic Scions of Slaanesh who finally won a game, and did it with style, beating the Red Kross 2-0 and outcassing the Chaos Dwarf team in the process. Similarly, the Khornate stable was saved from utter humiliation when the Frenzied Fighting Philosophers managed to defeat the Slayers of Slaanesh in a nailbiting 2-1 finish. Kudos to the victors, they have toppled the giant.
Nurgle vs Tzeentch: 0-28
Tzeentch continues their assault on the higher TR stables with a whopping 28-0 slaughter in 3 games. The 4th game between the Team Captains Luk and InkRose has been delayed due to reasons out of our control, but it will be handled soon enough. A big hand goes to newcomer Dreadclaw and his Messengers of Change Return as they TROUNCED That Fresh Feeling 2-1 with a 5 casualty difference! Nurgle's Assistants also lost their first game this season when Here's Your Change managed to overwhelm them with touchdowns and casualties. However, the softest match was Papa Nurgle's Pretty Boys vs Changelings, who only had 1 touchdown and 0 casualties between them. Apparently both sides were too inebriated to remember what was going on... here's hoping that Luk can come and salvage some dignity for Nurgle...

Mighty Khorne was on the pitch with us today, giving us strength in our fists and feet! Those slovenly norse following Tzeentch made a grave mistake when they chose to worship the wrong god, a mistake they will regret for the rest of their miserable lives!
All honor and respect goes out to Sinner, my worthy opponent, who took the beating like a man and kept asking for more! Indeed, it was just such honor and stubbornness which persuaded us to not gang-foul his two remaining norsemen the last three turns. Of course, Khorne didn't like this sentimentality, cursing our blitzer to age prematurely. But all in all, I'm sure Khorne is quite pleased with the outcome!
Very first turn, BOOM! Twin cas, both SI's! You just KNEW this was going to be a good game! Got even better when we actually completed a pass to an agility 2 receiver, who nevertheless caught the ball without the use of a reroll. (The fact he was agility 2 wasn't noticed by either coach until the following turn...) Many ko's and more cas followed, as we marched the ball down the pitch to score. Our ko's woke up; his didn't, and it was all too easy to remove the ball from his possession (the mino's POW on his blodger catcher helped) and score again before the half expired.
Second half began, there were 5 norse on the wrong side, vs an untouched Khorne stable, shoulders heaving in bloodlust. (Huhn was dead by this point, but who cares? He had just joined the team 2 days prior, and nobody liked him much anyway...) Before the befuddled Tzeentchians knew what had hit them, their numbers were reduced to 2. Never once did the ref catch our master fouler Cass, who laid righteous boot to face for Khorne to the tune of 3 cas, in addition to the massacre the MB blitzers were wreaking havoc (4 more cas and a horde of ko's). Still refusing to give up, one of the misguided opposing linemen killed himself when he tripped over an outstretched leg in his desperate attempt to blitz his way free of the surrounding Khornites...
Sinner, you have my full and undivided respect for your attitude during this game, and hope you can somehow find a way to win your final game in the tourney! You had done extremely well vs higher ranked teams in your previous matches; but the Militia were exceedingly peeved about the result of their past game, and you were the unfortunate recipient of our wrath!
