I would have to go for NO!. no-one should be forced to concede ever. and also how are you to recover and build if on top of being slapped with an injury and a loss you have to give away your precious MVP and winnings. Plus the inevitable FF Loss for the concession.

I think most of these are covered in the rules. The one major exception would be virus as that is the risk you take for playing with a niggled player.
