The formula for the donations is simple: pledge however many increments of up to $10. Be ready to give $10 per increment, but the minimum may be as low as $2 if the game is boring.

$1 per team held scoreless
$1 per touchdown
$0.25 per casualty
$0.50 per interception
$0.10 per range band per completion
$0.02 for each SPP on each player killed (there will be lots of legends playing)
$0.01 for each SPP on each player maimed
$10 maximum, practical minimum is $2 (if nobody gets any stats but 0-1 TDs).
