Still learning FUMBBL. Trying to understand how to get games quicker and into a league
I have tried to get into different leagues (or I think I have) and I didn't get into any of them. One time is because I applied with a team in the wrong division (it was supposed to be in League and it was a Blackbox).
Also, I have the impression that there are very few available leagues right now. Since I am new here in FUMBBL this means I must wait some more time to really understand the synergies and flow of the site.
About getting games quicker. During the morning (Stockholm time) I try to get a game but there are very few coaches available and my teams have played 0 or 1 games. I see that most of games that are played have higher TV. Should I concentrate on pushing few teams to higher TV?

Thank you for the comment, MattDakka. I do this quite often but most of the time it happens that I didn't get drafted, so no game for me. I suppose that this is a common thing... Just learning it :-)

Well, maybe your teams are very low and they don't find a suitable TV opponent team.

For leagues they often have specific requirements and such about when you can join so it depends on what you were trying to do.
145 club takes any new comers and is a good place to start playing the game.

How to play games on FUMBBL

- There are three (main) divisions on FUMBBL
1. League - this is the "anything goes" division. Play with your friends as often as you'd like. Games do not have to be in a league, that is just the name of the division, but all league play within the league division. Not all rules apply, concessions are allowed for example and match ups do not have to be competitive but if playing in an organised league it is best to check with the league admin as to their specific rules
2. Ranked - competitive division where coaches are expected to play competitive matches, trying to win at all times. Ranked uses the gamefinder (https://fumbbl.com/p/lfg) and lets you select your opponent.
3. Blackbox - the same as ranked but with random pairing of opponents, done every 15 minutes (https://fumbbl.com/p/blackbox). Teams are entered into a drawing pool and match ups are generated based on a number of factors including team value and number of games played.

Looks like you've put a team into the 145 Club, which is awesome! A whole lot of FUMBBL discussions take place in discord... I'd suggest two Discord servers to start:

-- Oriented for folks in the 145 Club which means it's great for folks new to Blood Bowl AND/OR new to FUMBBL. That's the route which directed me to my first few leagues.

And now I got selected for my first league (the 145 league!). I am very excited to play it!
