“ A fun game against a good opponent and a hard fought win that in the end was due more to luck in key situations than any great skill play on my part. On another day the result could have been very different and kudos should be given to BVZRoma for going for the win instead of stalling for the draw when he had the chance.
Am looking forward to continuing the new rivalry between the two teams on the blood bowl pitch - rematch anytime :). As the Zulu Kilo's head coach would say... 'bring it!'”
“Despite the luck counter, today was not my day on field. 2perfect defence and a pitch invasion against, with a gift of 2RRs to my opponent never made me confortable on the field. Practically I never attakked today. Despite this I consider myself satisfied by my performance. I played a good bloodballgame and consider myself beaten by luck more than skill. For sure I had some lucky moments. I had a great scramble run with my QB, who caused my only score (thanks to a boneheaded ogre more than my dicerolls) and was not overplayed on the trenches, despite my being often forced to block 1dice. But if at the eventrolls you join 3gfit, a catch at4 and a couple of dodges at3 and 4 in my opponent's 2TD (most of these rolls with no RR) you could understand why this loss makes me feel hard to accept the result. But my opponent played quite well, had a solid game and did not made big mistakes...so I should concede him honestly my praise for his win. Hope one day in a rematch, wishing the "Zulu Kulo" best luck for the future, feeling just a sportive sense of rivalry in which I hope one day to prevail. This was I hope just the first act of a long and bitter (just on the field naturally) rivalry...A rivalry in which my guys hope to call the win one day. ”
