“A great match this one. Took some real thinking about to counter the Skaven's speed, their dodgy GRs and good choices from Fabrizio.
We unleashed 54 blocks so the Skaven did well not to collapse. They also seemed to get plenty of key 1 dice pows. However we did get a skeleton interception after they took the ball first half!
First drive we were really under pressure after a perfect kick to the end zone we weren't prepared for. Was relieved to score after all the tussling involved there. We did at least cas their main blitzer who needed apo help to return. On their drive Fabrizio did his one mistake that could have been really significant. He sent a GR right up the side with a little cover when I had players to blitz his protection and get by him. However a saving blitz from a Stormvermin got him out. We did take out their main blitzer again though and by now they were down to 9 with guard lineo and guard GR also out. Second half the Skaven scored fairly easily but quickly after a pass. Our drive after that was again with more players but it was far from easy. We could at least take the central line though and Draknil got the equalizer.
Last turn we setup in a way (just 3 on LOS) that Devil on the Wind could have worked a GR 2 squares forward but it didn't all come off.
