“After the initial light sparring El Barron saw rats running round the back but tumbled down with Dwarfbreaker. Skratz Dashitz then charged at ball carrying skink Banfield and wrestled down while Skeetz deftfully dodged his way through to snatch the ball. Furious Lanus though immediately ko'd the ball and Escalada picked up. Hugruck charged in and stunned the skink and the ball was juggled about till Turdera regained it and got it to Banfield again. This time Ritz Ditz blitzed and stunned him. The Liazrds could only push rats around and Headcrusher hurled El Barron onto the ball, it scattered out and Throt Lobitz saw his chance to take the ball and get away for the td, just getting away from chasing saurii.
Second half Zloos aimed for a quick td to control the match but after Headcrusher recklessly took down El Baron and became surrounded he was brutally bashed back. For a moment the Rat Ogre appeared dead but great stitching work from the apo got him back in shape. That was immediately followed by a woeful fall by Zloos which ko'd him and suddenly we were in tatters. After first Throt and then a skink were taken down the crowd had achance to hurl the ball down field, meanwhile Skratz also was ko'd after he dodged poorly. Snarl couldn't save the day and Turdera took the ball up the pitch to equalize.
We were left with sometime on the clock but as Rats charged forward Throtz had a great chance to get the ball to Zloos for the winner. Alas he failed as the Lizards seemed good at tripping today andanother win chance went begging. Disappointing but a good game. Snarl's head injury is a blow, but there usually is one!”
