“FC Rd 1 TTM Rules
A game won by three TTM's
Their drive and they get swamped, but pull off a TTM mid drive to score and get players back, the Slayers strike back and score with remaining turns of 1st half.
2nd half and Slayers opt for slow grind up field, in the process demolishing the opposition on route to scoring.
Leaving 5 or 6 halfings to attempt the TTM, which is duely pulled off.
OT and crucially most of all its their drive, and again they are getting swamped, but looking to try the TTM most turns. Foolishly I bring my covering backfield tackler slightly forward to assist if need be.
Up steps Mr Tree and dodges out to TTM and safely puts the halfing safely out of reach, al we can do is put a TZ on the blighter. But he made those 3+ dodges to score.
Plus Sproutman now gets another chance to die on the field :)

If an upset was ever going to happen, it was expected that the miracle worker would be Calkin Sproutman , aided by Treeman 'Pignut Hickory' and the hired Slayer 'Zara' . Sproutman did his usual thing in the first half, retrieved the ball got close up to the trees and when things came to a stand still was flung down field to open the scoring .
At 2 -1 down with Sproutman and Hickory both in the cas. box and Zara largely uneffective, it was left to 5 rookie flings and remaining Tree ' Chinquapin ' to step up . and by Nuffle, step up they did. . . . .
Fred Felcher and Bimbo Fagends, take a bow !
