“Intensive effort, and toughness - so can be summarized. Clearly Patriots was the tougher team on the pitch. Hightower made 3 CAS alone. Flynn did no mistake, and was useful in block support. Smith fend off blocking attempts and locked our opposition with stiff arm tactics. The offensive line did push the birds around. Mayo and Hightowe each recorded a sack.
The only nitpicks can be summarized as follows:
- Mayo failed a block, and left Mallett to hold the sideline
- Mallett failed a pickup which resulted in the ball throw back by crowd and made more difficult than it should have been.
The MVP was Flynn, but easily could have been Siliga, who
- Endured blocks for the team without grinning or showing sign of any pain
- Did a critical block in the middle of 1st half which locked the cardinals out of position
- Sacked cardinals QB with a heroic both down, taking another one for the team.
A true efficient team player!”
