“This was a match of big hits and the Wrestlers suffered from some awful fouls the likes of which they haven't seen since they left the ring.
After some early hitting, and one snot badly hurt, Big Daddy almost fumbled Lucan. He managed to throw him but the super snot was stunned on landing! The Khemri side took the ball and Lucan was fouled into the cas box! The ref didn't mind. Giant Haystacks was able to use his strength to get at the Strength 5 Throw-ra and get the ball free but we couldn't regain the ball. From then on the Ancients dominated the match. Jim Breaks was also cas'd from a foul before we went 1-0 down at half-time.
Second half we blitzed forward but Kendo tripped across the ground. Another snot was cas'd and then Bulldog tripped and was hurt too! When Kendo's hand was smashed in a foul things looked very bad. There was then a couple of moments of brilliance when the Ogres woke up. Les Kellet badly hurt one Tomb Guardian and retired another while Big Daddy hurt another in a clash of heads and Haystacks cas'd a skele. Thoughts of stealing the ball back soon went though when the violence against us continued. We had a turn with a 2DB (with rr) bothdown fail to start and then the next was just a straight snaked dodge fail. Big Daddy was bashed out of the match and when the Khemri scored we had only 3 players left to play with. Giant Haystacks managed to get the ball but was remarkably easily removed. We went 3-0 down and had even been pitch cleared!
But the Wrestlers will return even after a mostly terrible display. They seemed to enjoy the violence. Go Ogres!”
