“Tough loss for the Krakens, which all hung on one pass. With a scrambling defence the dark elfs just about managed to stop the orc drive in the first half. In the second the rain set in, and a bunch of skulls put the Krakens on the back foot. However two linos got free, Ag6 Seron stepped up to make the game critical pass. A good pass would almost certainly have given them the lead in c. T13 or 14 (ok c. 89% on the catch, but even a drop there wouldn't have been so bad), and... the best ballhandler orc intercepts it on a 6 and promptly runs into a mega-cage to stroll back for the TD :( The Krakens got splatted too, but that probably wouldn't have mattered if only that pass had worked... ah well that's dice!
