Skill Choices
Guard - You can't have enough.
Mighty Blow - Good on your killers. You can live without it.
Juggernaut - Good on witches. If your killer can take it, go for it and turn him into a witch.
Wrestle - Very useful on linos. I like to have one wrestling witch. Synergizes with Jump Up.
Sidestep - At high TV, preferable to Dodge. SS spam is a good build. Makes all players one-man armies.
Diving Tackle - Completes SS well. Not a fan.
Kick - Wins games.
Tackle - I like to have 3. It covers the whole field.
Dauntless Surprisingly good. Mandatory against tough matchups.
Build Questions
Runner? - I like them. They have 7MA. They have Dump-Off, which kills many builds.
Assassin? - I don't like them. Fragile, slow. Good against the bad teams.
How many witches? - Depends. Starting with four blitzers can work. I like to get at least one witch early, as its Frenzy changes the game. The 12th player should be a 7th lino if you play bash teams. The 13th could be a runner or a witch.
Bench? - I like 15 menz. It works OK. They can take hits. Star players are awesome.
Re-Rolls - I like re-rolls. They save more Elves than apos. So I try to get a 3rd early. I get a 4th one early for GFIs, POWs, or SPPs. I tried a 5th one and am not convinced. It helped me vs heavy teams, but had better successes with a leaner team.
