The amateur nature of 7s (and the reduced money in the game) means that the big name stars won't be found slumming it, but there are plenty of others willing!

Especially those players whose love for the game is unbounded. They may be past their peak, and no one in the pro game wants them anymore, but they still have fans and can get a game on any 7s pitch.

Also found are those who just want to hurt people, and are sent off early enough that they can usually nip down to a local 7s game and get paid for another chance to turn on their saw, fling some bombs, or worse!
