The N-Militia is a covert operation aimed at experimentation. Sadly, due to a clerical error it seems that their particular "brand" of experimentation wont be to everyone's liking. Their terms of reference unclear, their oversight non-existent, the N-Militia are a law unto themselves with a particular expertise for "post-mortem" examination. How their subjects came to be post-mortem is up for debate, but they all got a good chuckle out of it... All that can be said is that they are true patriots. Ensuring that the Southern Wastes maintain some semblance of order, they continue with their work. Let it never be said they are anything but enthusiastic about it.
