Karak Eight Freaks

To promote peace between the inhabitants of Karak Eight Peaks following years of bitter warfare, the Skaven of Clan Mors and the Goblins of the Crooked Moon Tribe decided to field a united Blood Bowl team with strict quotas on the number of each race that could play in order to promote integration. As such the Clan Mors Mischiefs and the Crooked Moon Madcaps blood bowl teams were merged.

With a huge amount of Warpstone laying around mutations are rife within the team and are actively encouraged leading to the team being named the 'Freaks'.

The Freaks first manager was an up and coming gnoblar coach by the name of Bezer who had made a name for himself in the Ogre leagues. He was hired following a major dispute about whether a goblin or skaven should coach the team. Both races viewed a gnoblar as insignificant and easily manipulated and so he was hired. However, Bezer brought with him his Ogre bodyguard Krud, who quickly stamped the young gnoblars authority on the team.

The team stadium, Dank Madcap Hollow, is on the site of the former Dwarven stadium built before the skaven and goblin invasion. It is now littered with warpstone chunks and giant luminous mushrooms. Huge, rotten, damp, rickety wooden stands are crudely bolted onto the top of the Dwarven stone stands in order to accommodate the numerous fans. Large Warp-Lightning powered floodlights bathe the field in an unnatural green glow.
