Old Lamb Athletic were formed when Orc shaman Corney Gazal "Blitz", bravely informed the large group of mercenary ogres they were unfit and this was mainly due to the over eating of rotting mutton.

The goblins were drafted in to keep the ogres on their toes, poking them with sticks or hurtful jibes about their saggy bellies. The training was painfully (quite literally at times!) slow going and so Shaman Blitz organised a THE GAME tournament against some the best units in his warlords horde and when the ogres came out on top; they left to start touring!

Such is the honour bound up in the racial stereotype of Ogres (completely lacking!), the current team are still with the warlord and shaman Blitz. They are hoping for success in the OBBA League with hopefully quick promotion to the higher divisions.

further note the name used for reference to the coach is made up from the names of the 3 directors, Corney, Gazal and Blitz... really one guy was called Blitz... nowt funnier than thruth!!

Their new mission is to be utterly destroyed, to this end nobody will be fired and new players will be bought as money allows. They may find a home in the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=6806">Congregation</a>, where their new found faith will be put to the test.

Edit: Having entered the <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=4274">OCCS McBonehead Open</a> a significantly injured Goblin was retired and replaced with a nice fresh new one.... the crack of bone should be heard clearer in the stands.
