Lumbrian Exiles
Roster [L] High Elf

After setting out to sail from Ulthuan to the bottom of Araby, a group of High Elf Sea Guard got thrown horribly off course in a storm.

The ocean took them to a place girt by sea, the far off land down under, Lumbria. Once they arrived onshore they were met by the native tribes with the traditional greeting for those arriving by boat "Piss off we're full!". Realising that they need to contribute to the great, brown, unpleasant land they now were forced to live in, they taught the locals Blood Bowl as part of a work for welfare scheme. Adopting the Lumbrian customs of eating meat burnt on fires and drinking tin after tin of ale, these High Elves were given local pseudonyms, becoming honourary Lumbrians. After months of saving their welfare payments while working illegally, they were able to afford a boat that would carry them back to the Old World.

Bringing some of the Lumbrians with them, they were encouraged to join a professional league so their fans would have an excuse for "a piss up every pay-day", as they put it.

So now, when the Exiles come to town, they are accompanied by the chant "Elfie, Elfie, Elfie" to which they reply "Oi, Oi, Oi" - driving their drunken fans wild.
