After losing a decisive game with my first 145 team because I was afraid to dodge with a ghoul, I decided it was time to get more confident with dodging AG3 players.

*** Pre-Season ***
The Redstockings get two draws vs. Norse and Ogre, and finally a win vs. Skaven.
Those amazons are hard to play. With low movement and agility they can’t really dash. And with so low AV every brawl could be the last one. The only advantage is not getting punched as often thanks to dodge, but this hasn’t payed off too much so far.

*** 145 Crunch Brunch ***
The first game is vs. Crunch-‘s rookie Dark Elves. A slow game of positioning that ends in a 1-1. (Third game and third draw vs. this really solid coach).

The second game is vs. a team of broken lizards (two sauri missing). We go in thinking we have to win. They score in 5 turns, we fail the pickup and pass in the end of the first half and don’t score. In the second half we try too hard to score quickly to hope for a win, but it backfires and we lose.

Third game vs. Ogres: We already met this team in pre-season and ended up with a draw. This time it's 2-0 (the game was made significantly easier by the fact that they only had 3 ogres. Unfortunately 3 linewomen were killed by the Mighty Hung, so we will only be 10 + a loner in the next game.)

Fourth game vs. the other Lizards team of the tourney. G. Hopper II fails to catch a hand-off in the first half and everything goes downhill from there. We lose 0-2. Strangely she is elected MVP!!!

Fifth game vs. Orcs. Once again we mess up our offensive drive. Some decisive 8/9 rolls failed (but we should have played in a way that those rolls wouldn't be necessary!) and the orcs score in our drive. After a bunch of casualties we defend with a reduced squad - we manage to knock the ball out of the hands of the orcs, but ultimately they play well and score.
