- After an early scandal, where some of the qualifier winners did not use their ticket to enter the final tournament. Early favorite PeteW and his Ultimate Mr Men blasted thru all opposition with ease, luck and skill. No one was surprised when PeteW crowned himself king of the majors with his 3rd major title
- The first round of the Warpstone Open Qualifier has come to an end. 208 team entered in this new format of the WO. The WO format is slightly different than many other majors as the qualifiers consist of 16 teams instead of 8th. And also 3 winners of the Warpstone lottery will be given a spot in the prestigious WO main tournament. Ten games remained unplayed and also two games featured concessions following the new tournament rules this leads to some people not entering the Ulthuan Invitational in March.

- The 2006 winner Black Axe, received Very Long Legs on an AG4 Blitzer, Two Heads on a Black Ork Blocker, and Spikes on a Dirty Player Lineman.
- The 2007 winner Urza's World, received Extra Arms on an AG5 Lineman, Two Heads on a Treeman and Spikes on a MA10 Dauntless Strip Ball Catcher.
- The 2008 winner Extraordinary Brotherhood, recieved Extra Arms on a Chaos Warrior, Razor Sharp Claws on a legend Chaos Warrior, and another Razor Sharp Claws on a ST6 Troll.
- The 2009 winner Ultimate Mr Men recived Prehensile Tail on a Blitzer, Big Hand on a Lineman and another Big Hand on another Blitzer.
