2 Re-rolls should be enough to get by, you have god ball handling skills, and enough Block to manage Blocking without much to worry about. 2 Flinthand Runners means you have good pitch coverage for receiving Kick off, and for intercepting passses. Fumblerooskie allows you to safely give the ball to an alternate runner. Bronzefist is the least impactful of the Runners so I'd recommend only taking one of these and max out on the others. While Dump Off definitely has its uses, it is not as important as Juggernaut or On The Ball, which the other runners have.
