The Hill Goblin starting roster is pretty straight Forward. The only choice is whether to go exactly as above, or drop a Hill Goblin and a Dedicated Fan to start with an Apothecary. Both approaches have their pros and cons. 3 Re-rolls should be enough to get by. You have some Block to start off with and 2 Big Guys for good pitch control. Fire Kobold is useful for taking pot shots at the ball carrier and Troglagobs are useful for stealing loose balls, and they also give you a TTM option.
