You start with all your players, 1 reserve, an Apothecary and 3 Dedicated Fans. You just need to save up for more reserves going forward. While you do have 4 Dirty Players, with only 1 reserve you need to consider when it's a good time to stop sticking the boot in. Though reckless fouling can get results sometimes.
