With this starting roster you have all your positional players other than the Kickers. You only have 2 Re-rolls which can be tricky to manage. You do have 4 Wrestle which should be enough to get by, and 2 big guys which helps with pitch control. But your team is a little lacking in core skills.

The conservative approach. You start with all your important positionals, only missing 1 Kicker which you never really need to take. You have an Apothecary which is useful for attrition, you have 3 Re-rolls which keeps your team reliable. You have 2 Wings which gives you a speedy outlet on offence. 4 Kossars give you good pitch control due to Stand Firm, and Wrestle helps with blocking reliability. The downside of this starting roster is you do not have your Big Guys in the team, who add to your teams efficacy, especially versus high strength teams.

With this starting roster you have 1 big guy, 3 re-rolls, all your Kossars and Wings. You are lacking your Kickers and missing the 2nd big guy, but you can get these later. This is a pretty balanced starting roster.
