This starting roster is arguably the best for early pitch control. The Troglodyte brings high Av, Thick Skull and Prehensile Tail, making them the perfect big guy tank. 2 Re-rolls is very hard to manage in a Frenzy team, but you have 4 St4 players, and a big guy, these players are all key to your team's success. The 2 Blitzers are as always the stars of the team and they have Block for reliability, and they are your fasters players. Just make sure you keep them protected.

You could also drop the Trog for the Troll if you'd rather. The Trog is a superior Big Guy. But the Troll is cheaper. Which gives you 1 extra dedicated fan.

This starting roster gives you all your positionals from the get go which helps them skill up quicker. It also gives you 3 Dedicated Fans which means you should accumulate Gold quicker. The downside to this starting roster is you have no Big Guy for pitch control, plus you still only have 2 Re-rolls which is hard to manage. You do have 4 Block players now however which should help in the Blocking battle.
