In my (not so)long serving quest to make dwarves play elf bowl, i created http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=2515379 this chappy, who has himself ag4 and now pass, but niggled on the aformentioned skill, but yet i love him so, for his ag4ness makes cunning dwarf stratagems possible, should i retire him and offer up sacrifices to the god of retirement, or should I continue to attempt to play elfbowl with dwarves |

Don't retire yet, if you don't have "no niggles" policy. He could be useful. But don't go making too many TD's with him. |

A stat increase is probably the only exception I use to the retire niggles rule, in rare cases.
As long as he is the only niggle on the team, he should be fine, just make sure you dont start a collection of them |

indeed i do, theyre my next purchase, hoping to aquire catch skill too im following in the footsteps of my unranked dwarves who make such passes all day, my +ag runner didnt niggle in unranked however
Still, all is well, i can always train a replacement and hope for that 11 roll again |

Hey, Furious George, I'd love to play your dwarves anytime
I'll propose you a game if I see you around (I can't play very often)
Bye!

A great player!! If in the end you choose to retire him, make me know it to try to hire him. |

If you dont have a 'no niggles' policy adopt one, and fire him.
5/6ths of the time he'll be useful. And at AG4 he will attract spp, why develop a player you can't rely on? |

Personally, I'd fire him because I don't like to gamble on nigglers, I tend to have bad luck on those kind of gambles.
However, given your preferences, my advice is to buy your two Blitzers first, and then sack him when you can afford to buy a replacement Runner. (Thus keeping your team with as many Ag 3+ players as possible.) IMO, you don't want to buy the replacement too late, however, as it will make him harder to skill up. |
