IMHO Leap or S.Firm would be more usefull for getting into (free of enemy TZs) position for an intercetpion.
Furthermore I think that any thrower equipped with a S.Throw would dare to make a pass. |

NoS+Catch+PassBlock is a neat combo. But totally uneffective on the simple use of the beloved Safe Throw.
A simple regular skill for throwers negates a combo of 3 skill (one double).
Not worth it. |
