Ok, my orc team is no great shakes but I did get lucky on 2 of my BOBs with early doubles. I took dodge for both of them in order to help them on defence for longevity. They also have block. The other 2, have block and gaurd. Now, they do decent but not super great (due to my poor coaching skills of course), but what would you choose first on doubles for your BOBs? |

Stand Firm. Then later when they have block and guard they are very irritating indeed. Dodge is good early on, but later many people have tackle. |

I took dodge when my one and only B.Orc got a double but I think these days I'd rather take Stand Firm. Or Frenzy if he already had block |

SF, then Break Tackle and you have a cagebreaker on your hands |

I always take frenzy on the first BoB that doubles, never had more than one with doubles though but I guess I'd go with frenzy again if it was a ranked team (as people play bad in ranked and crowdpushes are very easy) but SF if it was a tourney team. |

I would choose stand firm - together with block and guard, maybe break tackle you create the ultimate defensive machine.
By the way: how does the client handle it if i get lucky and have a BOB with stand firm and side step? May i choose which skill is used?
Regards

Mmmmm... Thanx for feedback. Looks like SF if I get any more on them. Would be great on the gaurders. |

I took diving tackle and never regretted it.
Any idea how terrible a ST4 player parked next to your ballcarrier is?
Imagine he has many friends with guard. |

Stand Firm is wonderful, fearless dodging when needed...
But the Diving Tackle idea is great also, just keep in mind that -2d blocks with Block are quite efective in a hurry, like Leap, so I'll still choose SF and then DT or Frenzy if you are lucky enought |

I´d go SF as well.
SF cancels out Side Step in the client, Sisyphos. Or it is the other way around, i can't remember. Anyway it is a waste of a double.

i find SF to be some what boring, i think SS is alot more fun and more usefull guard works well with SS and SS have some of the same effects in defence as SF, i took SS for a few of the CDs on my CD team and it works ælike a charm, its not that SF is bad its just boring. |

mmm sometimes, it could sound a bit crazy, is good to have at least 1 frenzy, because if u have a +MA blitzer u could try the OT, easier than gobbo flying, and that chance could give u some games ag3 is not so bad, and people dont use to think about defending OTs vs orcs ;P
but anyway, IMHO, SF is one of the greatest skills, more in a st4 guard guy, with a later break tackle he's a great player for the team. |
