Damn, everybody else is sleeping, and now I have a craving for pizza! Damn you, I say!
In other news... mushrooms and ham, or pineapple bits and ham (hawaii). Or, something they call Ferhat. I'm not sure what's in it. |

All cheese for me, may be fatty but nothing like chewing on a wad of quality mozza for half an hour... but the best pizza I ever had was something I whipped up while working in a small pizza joint, we had limited stuff to work with but I pressed some fresh onions into the dough and smoothed it over then heaped in some sauce with a few spaghetti noodles intermingled with peppers, and feta, then a layer of cheese with oregano and a layer of fresh tomato after cooking... not sure how it happened but some impossible reaction made the peppers sweeter and richer in flavour then anything I've ever tasted... lovely... |

Yep, that's near the top. Also- Roasted Red Peppers, Feta, and believe it or not, Hummus (not necessarily all on the same pizza...but then again.../me picks up the phone) |
Consider yourself on permanent invite for pizza round at mine.
Sounds yummy. |

Could someone please give me a description of sarchiapone? I googled it but the only description I found sounded like a zuchinni grown downwind from a crystal-meth lab... |
