Tired of getting cherry picked in ranked division? Tired of people not wanting to play because they care too much about coach ranking? Tired of whining and moaning? Tired of short term leagues where you have to trash your team afterwards?
Ever heard of the Southern Wastes League? Like the concept?
Yes?
If you're European then join the Old World League right now.
Apply with as many [U] LRB compliant teams as you wish (old or new) right here -> Old World League

Well - To get in 'the real thing' - You have to be in the EWL Fringe - When there are enough coaches 'the draft' will be called. Read more in the guide (link on page). The most active coaches in the fringe will have the best options in the draft. Until the draft use the Fringe as an alternative to 'Ranked Division'. All sorts of short/experimental tournaments will happen in the fringe also.
You can join the channel right now #ewl - It's just not permanent yet |

I suggest a 3-1-0 scoring system with played games as first tie-breaker rather than the 5-2-1-0 one, which seems a bit clunky to me.
Even though the latter would work too, a European league's scoring system nevertheless should be based on the brilliant scoring system Europe's no 1 sport uses, at least in my opinion. |

Sorry - the rules are not negotiable for now. If in the long term though current rules seems flawed, then the subject could be taken up for revision. |

European wastes sounds bad. I'd prefer Old World League. Besides, one of my favourite birds are owles. |

Old World League is great, it has alot more character! It's still synonomous with the WL's, so that tangible link is still there as well. |
