I think that the title is self-explanatory. So why arn't they in there, i mean, Wood Elves are in Old World? Anyone else have an opinion on this subject?

Well they aren't there because the last version of the Chaos Pact roster doesn't include them.

Why that is - because of balance issues. You could have 2 DE lineos and a Gutter Runner, plus all the pounding power from the rest of the team just wasn't balanced.

Well drop the Skaven for the Dark Elves, how about that, no more Gutter Runner problem.
