That's a pretty simple equation, really. One team is known for causing impressive damage, the other is known for being squishy and going *SPLAT* in interesting ways.

What made the game I just spectated (between two acquaintances of mine) special was that it wasn't just the stunties who suffered.

Watch this replay and witness the destructive power of halfling fouls.

Drunken Ravens vs. Kingsacre Tuesday Noontime BBC - 3:1

Final bodycount:

Three halflings dead, three who'll miss a game and one who dropped to AG 2.

And, surprisingly, two Norsemen dead and one injured.

What a game...

Anyway, to give this thread a function beyond the telling of this War Story, what's the bloodiest match you've ever played or witnessed?

Norse known for impressive damage? Well, unless if it's the Kittens, which come bundled with Synn and a truckload of dirty players, I wouldn't say so.

My most bloody game? Maybe this or this.

Most bloodiest I've spectated? Uhh... too many games to remember that.

Edit: Man I wish I would have seen that XFL chaos game...

The great thing about the game is that #6 Chip Whimsey had the kill on the foul, the most spectacular touchdown I've ever seen, and several bonecrunching tackles. He went nuts.

He'll be captain now, for sure!

Not very bloody, but still hurt.

That one really makes me wish replays also recorded game chat. It must have been quite spectacular.
